Cambodia to Simplify Investment Process with New QIP Online Registration System

Phnom Penh: The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) is taking a major step towards attracting foreign investment with the launch of QIP Online. This online platform will significantly simplify the registration process for Qualified Investment Projects (QIPs).

The development of QIP Online was discussed in detail during a recent meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and CDC First Vice President H.E. Sun Chanthol. The meeting underscored the CDC's commitment to adopting digital solutions to enhance the efficiency, speed, and transparency of the investment registration process.

QIP Online represents a key component of the CDC's digitalization strategy, aligning with the 7th-mandate Royal Government of Cambodia's focus on critical development areas: People, Road, Water, Electricity, and Technology. This digital platform is poised to revolutionize how investments are registered in Cambodia, making it a more attractive destination for global investors.

Benefits of QIP Online:

Simplified Application: Streamlined procedures for registering QIPs.

Faster Processing: Reduced processing times for project approvals.

Increased Transparency: Enhanced transparency throughout the registration process.
